a day late and a week early

Hello again. i've been absent for awhile here and i apologize to those who read my blog. i've been working on dehoarding and the stress has taken over. sorry.

my bff Janel is having a journaling class called Journaling For A Cause. she and her husband are saving money to adopt a child from Guatemala when the time arrives and i cant be more happy for her. i love this idea and im excited to spend the next 30 days journaling for myself and for her. love you janel!

back to school again!

i signed up for rachel and elsie's "tell your story" art journaling class and so far i'm so extremely excited. ive always wanted to get into art journaling but have never really got the hang of it. i'm hoping this class shows me all the things i knew about myself and some things i didn't. i'm ready to open up a world of possiblities.

Miss Tattoo USA!

AND THE CROWN GOES TO....
one of the cutest, craftiest, tattoo covered girls i know is goin to be in the Miss Tattoo USA pageant down in Dallas, TX. if you are in the area you must go check her out. Silje has an array of colorful unique tattoos and i'm happy to say that she was the first tattoo artist i visited. she made my experience very fun and not painful at all (well just a little bit). i'll be routing for you and hope you win!


now i have the urge to get another tattoo!

my fave easter tradition is the egg hunt. from that point that my brother and sister and i were too old to do it in the living room, my mom has organized a night one - eggs in the woods with flashlights. it's the best!
